Return Policy

1. Introduction and contact
This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges when you purchase products (including Vigorena) from Wrozelongrizfroz via the website wrozelongrizfroz.ddd. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.

2. Your statutory rights (consumers in Ireland and the EU)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have rights under Irish and EU law that cannot be taken away by contract.
- Conformity: Goods must conform to the contract (e.g. as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose). If they do not, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances, under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Right of withdrawal (distance and off-premises contracts): You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement. If you request that we begin the supply of services during the withdrawal period (e.g. delivery), you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your prior express agreement.
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things: (a) sealed goods which are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. sealed food or supplement capsules that you have unsealed); (b) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For dietary supplements such as Vigorena, if the product is supplied in sealed packaging and you unseal it, your right of withdrawal may be lost under applicable law. We may still accept returns at our discretion as set out below.
This Return Policy is without prejudice to your statutory rights. If you believe goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, please contact us; we will deal with your claim in accordance with the law.
3. Our 14-day return policy (no reason required)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 14-day return right for most orders: you may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery without having to give a reason. This is a voluntary policy to give you confidence when shopping with us. To qualify:
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging (e.g. seal intact where applicable).
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of the day you received the product.
- You must send the product back to us within a further 14 days (or as we agree in writing) at your own cost, unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. we have sent you a faulty or wrong item).
To start a return, contact us by email or phone using the details in section 1. We will confirm the return process and, where applicable, provide a returns address and any reference number. Please include your order reference and the reason for return (optional) so we can process your request quickly. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit until they reach us.
4. Refunds
Subject to the conditions in this policy and to your statutory rights:
- If you validly withdraw from the contract or return goods in accordance with our 14-day return policy (section 3), we will refund the price you paid for the returned products and, where you have chosen standard delivery (and not a more expensive option), the standard delivery cost you paid. We may deduct from the refund the direct cost of returning the goods if we have informed you of this cost before you sent the goods back and you agreed to bear it. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or (where no goods need to be returned, e.g. in the case of a withdrawn order before dispatch) within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
- If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, we will refund (or replace or repair, as appropriate under the law) in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases we will usually arrange and pay for the return of the faulty or non-conforming goods.
- We may refuse a refund or deduct an amount from the refund if the goods have been used (other than as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics), damaged, or if the packaging has been opened where the product is one that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons. We will inform you if we refuse or reduce a refund and explain why.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or product, please contact us. We will treat the return of the original product in accordance with this Return Policy and, if you place a new order for the alternative, that order will be subject to our Terms of Service and standard delivery terms. We do not guarantee that all variants or products will be available for exchange.
6. Damaged or incorrect delivery
If you receive damaged goods or we have sent you the wrong product or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and, if possible, provide photos of the damage or the incorrect items. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including any delivery charges you paid) and, where appropriate, collect the damaged or incorrect goods at our cost. Please do not dispose of damaged or incorrect goods until we have instructed you to do so.
7. How to send a return
Unless we have given you different instructions (e.g. for faulty goods):
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid damage in transit.
- Include a note with your name, order reference, and (if applicable) the reason for return.
- Send the parcel to the address we provide when you contact us. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
- Returns are at your risk until we receive them. We recommend insuring high-value returns.
We will confirm receipt of your return and process your refund or exchange in line with sections 4 and 5.
8. Complaints and further information
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your return or refund, please contact us again; we will try to resolve the matter. As a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Irish law applies to this Return Policy and to our contract with you, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Changes will not affect returns for orders already placed; the policy in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order, unless we have agreed otherwise or the change is required by law.
