1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website wrozelongrizfroz.world (the "Site") and any orders you place for products (including Vigorena) offered by Wrozelongrizfroz ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place orders.

2. Definitions

"Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes outside his or her trade, business, craft, or profession. "Contract" means the contract between you and us for the supply of products. "Products" means the goods (including Vigorena) offered for sale on the Site. "Order" means your offer to purchase products submitted via the Site or other agreed channel.

3. Use of the Site

You must use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users' data; (c) transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code; (d) use automated means (e.g. bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior permission; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Site or our services. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

The Site and its content (including text, images, and layout) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Products and information

We offer dietary supplements and related products, including Vigorena, a balanced complex intended for those who choose activity, ease, and a stable source of energy in their daily lives. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are for information only and do not constitute a guarantee that the product will achieve any particular outcome. Products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should read the product information and, if you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to limit quantities. We may discontinue products or change availability without prior notice. If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative where appropriate.

5. Orders and formation of contract

When you submit an order (e.g. by completing the order form and clicking the order button), you are making an offer to buy the products on these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation (e.g. by email) once we have received your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation, or when we dispatch the products, whichever is earlier. We are not obliged to accept every order; we may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment already made in such cases.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide (name, email, address, phone if given) are accurate and complete. We will use these details to process your order and to communicate with you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Price, payment, and delivery

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT at the rate applicable in Ireland at the time of order, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown before you confirm the order. We offer free delivery in Ireland for orders above a threshold (as stated on the Site). Payment is due as indicated at checkout (e.g. in advance by card or other accepted method). We use secure payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we will endeavour to dispatch within the stated timeframe (e.g. 1–2 business days) and to deliver within the indicated window (e.g. 2–5 business days in Ireland), subject to force majeure.

7. Consumer rights (Ireland and EU)

If you are a Consumer in the European Union (including Ireland), you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. These include the right to receive goods that conform to the contract and the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions (e.g. sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons). For full details of your withdrawal and refund rights, see our Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law; (b) we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) our total liability to you in respect of any order or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order (or, if greater, the amount of €100). We are not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, failure of suppliers or carriers).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use or misuse of the Site or products, except where such claims arise from our breach of these Terms or our negligence.

10. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Site and any order you place involve the processing of personal data. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Site and placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read and understood those policies.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us using the contact details in section 1. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time. If you are a Consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) to seek an out-of-court resolution. Irish law applies to these Terms, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity; you may not assign without our consent. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return Policy where referred to) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and orders.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site. For existing orders, the Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
